Can anyone that has a copper IUD tell me when your periods started getting normal ? Was it heavy ? Did you cramp a lot ? Before pregnancy my periods were KILLER and after having my son they were so Light I didn't feel them at all, 3months after giving birth I got it and my period was on and off this whole month, heavy and I felt bloated and so crampy, to the point when I was deciding if I was going to remove it but my doctor said to give it at least 4 months ? I would like to hear everybody else's opinion from personal experience on the Copper IUD.

Did anyone’s else’s periods stop when using mirena? I got my iud in November and I had A LOT of spotting and my periods were long and heavy the first three months. Since I got my last period in January I haven’t had ANY bleeding. My iud strings are there and I took a pregnancy test and it was negative (I’m SO paranoid 😂) so could this mean my period might have just stopped with mirena? Or could my period just be irregular?
