Does a dude buying or not buying you material things show or don't show that he cares or don't care…

If he doesn't shows it emotionally then the material things mean nothing

If his not providing for you and you live with him than you shouldn't be there. He needs to take care of you in every way!

I don't think so, anyone could you things that doesn't mean they care or love you. Just cause you've receiving gifts doesn't mean anything in my opinion.

@izamarpink, oh I know that. Me and bd never lived together but when I didn't have he made sure I had when we were on good terms and I think that's better than flowers that's gonna die anyways

My boyfriends bought me flowers once our entire relationship. I don't get many gifts, but he kept me in college when I wanted to quit and he keeps me motivated, fed, and happy, and I think that's more important than any gift. Like you said, flowers die anyways, but their love and devotion will live forever if they truly mean it and care.

I think buying you material things has absolutely nothing to do with how much he cares about you

No as long as he's ways been there for you treated you right and makes sure you're happy, that's way more valuable than flowers

I personally would rather a guy spend money on activities we can do together Rather than things. objects come and go but memories are forever :)
