For the pain at the beginning I recommend hot cloth massages before every feeding and ice packs or gel nipple pads after every feeding and nipple balm.
Are you asking about anything specific? In general, I will say breastfeeding can be a complete nightmare and for some people I've heard its amazing right from the start. As for me, I was the one constantly bawling my eyes out for the countless difficulties I encountered. Once we got past a certain point and he got a little bigger, he latched fine and hes been exclusively breastfed ever since. Things you need for breastfeeding would be nipple cream, nursing pads, A PUMP(that is probably number one on the list), nursing bras, gowns. Also with breastfeeding there are several different positions to feed baby. I prefer laying on my side which is super easy to do especially if you're well endowed like myself, lol. If you have any specific questions feel free to message me!
