Braxton hicks and awful lower back pain... Some moments feel more intense than others. Sometimes I can feel it radiate in my pelvis. Changing positions doesn't help. Massaging it doesn't help. Ugh.

And it stinks cause I'm only 2-3 cm dilated so they won't admit me @sweetpea_nut , we are prob the 1/3 of women that are going to have back labor lol
