mom's I need help , me and my significant other had sex & now my lower back is cramping bad , I feel some cramps in my lower stomach but not like the ones I feel in my back . could it be contractions ???

@mothertoababyking, This is my 3rd boy and all have been high risk. Its braxton hicks that's how they feel, if the pain increases then that's contractions. Just rest and drink water, put your feet up.

It happened to me. It should stop tho. If it doesn't after a while than worry but for right now it's okay. Drink some water.

Yes they hurt. It's just cramping. It happened to me for a little while after having the baby too.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
