Thc has no none clinical affect on the fetus I smoked during my first trimester but I quit 3 months ago

There have not been enough studies to prove or disprove anything regarding to smoking weed during pregnancy which is why it isn't recommended. I'd rather take something clinically proven to be safe than take a risk. And by no means do i have anything against weed. My husband uses it for his ptsd and i used to smoke as well

Anyone who says there are no adverse side affects really has nothing at all to base that on. We have no clue about long term or initial affects because it is unethical to conduct studies in pregnant women. The fact remains that it is still illegal in most places and social services would be involved if the mum tested positive.

All 4 of my friends that were pregnant smoked all through out their pregnancy, not every day and also not in blunts or joints, mostly vapes and rigs... They have perfectly healthy babies/toddlers. As long as you don't get super stoned, you're fine. I'd stop 3-4 months before baby is born just because of drug testing and getting your baby taken away. I only did the first two months so I could eat. I don't see anything wrong with it :)

Our babies deserve every chance at healthy development. Always read reputable studies done by professionals and scientists not regurgitations done by internet journalists. You can hear accounts from other mothers all day long but the fact remains, science has proven otherwise time and time again. Ultimately its a choice that is completely your own to make if it is a legal option in your state. I just wanted to make sure you were properly educated on the risks and facts before you made that decision.

I don't know for sure, but it seems like every female I knew that smoked weed during pregnancy always had a baby that needed to use an inhaler. That could just be a coincidence, but I'm a weed smoker but quit because of that. If they prove all harmful theories to be untrue, I will gladly light up lol Until then, I just don't want to chance it.
