@harranmommy, lol I have the lansinoh 3-1 breast therapy gel booby things I have a nursing tank on underneath I put those around the flanges and tuck them into the tank then I pull my t shirt down over it! I have to hold it in place until I get a good suction then I can let go and sit back :)

@harranmommy, no I have a Medela :) I have these breast compression things they're like $15 with the pumping stuff at the store! They have slip covers that snap together and go over the flanges! I'll post another so you can see what I mean :)

@emkasting, they're awesome! 20 seconds in the microwave they stay warm for a while!! I know it says use them cold for engorgement but honestly heat has helped me more than anything!!

Don't have to stop at the breast I put em on my neck and lower back sometimes to!

And those things you have around them allow you to wear them while pumping?

@emkasting, yep! If I remember correctly there should be a little paper that explains how to heat them and put them on while pumping!
