Can you use icy hot while pregnant I'm assuming so but I'm not sure I feel like this is such a stupid question, but I had the worst Charlie horse 2 nights ago and my leg muscles are so sore all the way up to my upper thigh

Yes you can I do it after I have one because my leg is always super sore afterwards also. Try drinking more water.

@mariemaverick, I have upped my water but I just need that extra relief that I think icy hot will do the trick

Oh the reason I brought up the water is because my dr said that sometimes we get Charlie horses from not having enough water. Yes the icy hot helps me a lot. @savanahr777

@mariemaverick, That makes sense about the water because that day I was no where near how much water I should have drank 😢

Yeah I usually drink a whole bottle of water before bed which is a bad thing since I wake up constantly threw the night to pee but I don't get a Charlie horse so that's a good thing! I hope your soreness goes away. @savanahr777
