I've gained about 30lbs since Sept, my feet are swelling, my belly itches, the stretch marks are pretty bad on my inner thighs and hips. also a really bad headache last night coming home from the party. I have no idea what to do, I just moved to a new apartment and have no idea if there's any good doctors around, and I've had an af visit and some pink spotting today. I'm confused...

I'd take some tests. Multiple just to be sure.
Other than that, it could just be side affects of weight gains (aside from the itchy stomach which I have no other advice other than to scratch)

I did in April I think and I used a first response and there was a very very faint line that I could see under the bathroom light but nobody else could see

Take some more. Sometimes it doesn't show up right away. But I do recommend talking to a Dr. about the weight gain if that's something you're unhappy about.
