Me and my step sister was drug addicts. We have been clean for 4+ yrs. you can't put all in a single category. My sister almost loosing her life changed our life's around. So that statement is not always true.

that's actually not true. my daughters dad was really bad into everything before we got back together after being split up for 4 years & he completely changed. never touched another drug from the day he got clean to the night he passed away. so it is possible to change they just have to want too.
