Ovarian Drilling ?! TTC

Hi Ladies,

Looking for some inspiration on this journey :-( I have had 4 early losses the past 10 months which has taken it's toll. I've take metformin, I've taken clomid. I have PCOS also and am over weight. 5 weeks ago I had a growth removed from my left ovary and I had my right ovary drilled. Today I am on CD 31of a typically 32 day cycle. I don't know when I ovulated as I had to stop all my tracking as it was driving me mental. I have been taking my BBT the past 5 days and it has gone from 36.4 to 37.3 .

I have a huge amount of show stopping AF cramps and lower back pain the past week or so. I had tonnes of creamy/lotion CM up until 2 days ago...so much so that I had to change my underwear...sorry TMI. The past two days I seem to have reverted to a more EWCM, or maybe slightly globby/slimey.

My moods are awful. Angry and snappy the past week. I'm seriously at a loss as to what's happening.
