hi ladies. I have gastroenteritis bug. I haven't eaten anything since last night 8pm. it's been over 24 hours. I have no appetite as constantly on loo and vomiting. I'm currently 28 weeks. do u think it will affect my child? it is awful. seems be bug I picked up. trying to drink water even that's really hard
