What to Do Without a Washer/Dryer for Kids' Messy Clothes?
Just wondering, what do you do if you have kids and don't have a washer/dryer at home? I have it at my house. But the lady I nanny for doesn't have either one. And she has two little boys who are always peeing/pooping on themselves and throwing up on their bedsheets etc. When I'm there and it happens, I just put the clothes in a plastic bag and leave it aside for her to deal with. But she tells me she only goes to the laundry mat once a week. So wondering do you hand wash the clothes until you can take them or just leave them in the bag or what?

I would leave it there in the bag for her! because whether you are there or not I'm sure she would still have to deal with it.

I do leave it in the bag for her. I'm wondering what she does with it. Or what other moms in the same situation do. Would she leave it in the bag for the week until she goes out to do laundry or hand wash it. @honey16

she may wash laundry earlier that week. that's what I would do.

i would deff hand wash and hang dry it still gets the job done and she doesnt have to change her schedule up at all. i hope she isnt leaving it in the bag thats just gross and smelly and causes a for sure stain. smh

I would at least spray the clothes off with a hose and air them out to dry before placing in the bag. I would spray a bit of spray and wash on them as well, that way they are less likely to stain and it makes her job a little easier. Also, and this is just what I would do, I would offer to wash them at my place if it isn't that much just because I know what it's like to have to deal with going to a laundromat with kids and everything.... it's such a hassle
