Is anyone else's OH an absolute Tit or is it just mine?

For the past week I have spent every night after work and any days off Washing, Drying and Ironing our little one's clothes so they can be put away and it's one less thing to mither about, at the moment we're having boiler issues so have no heating to help dry the clothes quicker, I've just got one load of baby clothes to finish drying on the clothes maid and thought, ooh I'll just have a quick bath before I put them in the Ironing basket, so there I am washing my hair and in he strolls, "Babe what do you want me to do with these leggings and dresses out the washer", so thinking he had some common sense I tell him they need hanging on the clothes maid to dry, I finish having my bath feeling pretty relaxed, walk in to the dining room where the laundry is to find the moron has just dumped the wet stuff on top of the dry baby clothes, not even moved them to make room, safe to say they're now wet again and I've got to wait even longer before I can iron them and put them away. I've tried to point out what he's done but he is so engrossed in his frigging Xbox I may as well go talk to a corpse, I may actually get more of a response from one 😡
