My back is still killing!!! Got up and done some tidying too see if it will nudge it, and nope sat here almost in tears now!! Got period type pains aswell now!! Think baby is having a growth spurt!! As I'm 20 weeks tomorrow😞 @briony1994 xxx

That could be it, try rocking your pelvis/bottom of your back, back and forth or if you have a birthing ball then try bouncing lightly on that @lauren1996 xxx

Don't have birthing ball yet, as I thought I wouldn't need it until the 30 week mark maybe, in so much pain thou 😩 @briony1994 xxx

I've been having this too. Only on my left side next to my shoulder blade. It's eveytime I have a decent meal. Lasted for nearly 2 hours earlier. Got to get my hubby to rub my back go try to ease it.x
