Hey everyone ! So I've gained 10kg in my 23 weeks of being pregnant. I started around 60kg and am sitting up about 70.5kg now.
Is this too much? Should I watch what I eat? Or is it normal to gain a lot of the weight in the first 2 trimesters. I know as long as bubs is healthy it's fine and I shouldn't be worrying however you can't help but wonder xx

All I'm gonna say is I put on 18 kg. Roughly put on 10 by week 23 and I tell you it's miserable trying to lose it at the moment. So yes my advice is watch what you eat and stay active :)

sounds pretty spot on for weight gain. i started at 54kg, went all the way to 48kg in the first trimester because of constant vomiting and nausea, now I'm 67kg at 33 weeks and my doc has said I'm coming along great weight wise so you sound good to me.

I dunno Hun? I'd say that's pretty normal? They usually say whatever baby weighs now double that for Bub and placenta. Add a kg of fluid and whatever is left that's your own weight gain? That's what my doc told me? I guess every woman is different? But as long as u r happy and healthy and baby is growing nicely I wouldn't worry to much Hun ☺️ xx
