I've only delivered vaginally. i did tell him about c sections tho since it was similar to what he thinks happens

with a csection it kinda does work that way, except the doctor cuts you open right at the panty line and out comes baby. that's what I told my 9 year old son and 2 year old daughter, but I actually am having a Cesarean too.

he thinks the baby rips open my stomach to get out lol i told him that's not how it works. i used to breed bearded dragons and that's how the babies got out of their eggs so He's confused since the baby isn't in a egg xD

Ask him how he thinks it works to get an idea of what he has in his mind. Then I would just tell him the baby comes out of your tummy when the baby is big enough. You shouldn't have to go into great detail.
