Did you help her fix it? Anytime i see a mom babywearing the wrong way, i just say "Excuse me, I love your sling. I have the same one. I notice your baby was a little low. Would it be ok if i helped you with your sling so that it might be more comfortable for you?"

If i could potentially help a mom not drop a precious baby, I'll do it idc who thinks I'm weird for it.

Yeah, my husband would kill me if I didn't anything like that. Not my kid, not my problem. But I have never seen someone with such lack of regard for their baby. And she was having to lean back to even out the weight too. Terrible @arivera64

It amazes me how much someone will bash but not offer to help. Maybe she wasn't taught how to properly babywear. If it's not your problem you shouldn't have snapped a picture of a random stranger to post on the internet and bash how she is wearing her baby the wrong way.
