Just had sex and I started to cramp. I'm getting to the point where I'm a little nervous whenever I get cramps in case they're light contractions starting. 😅 But I laid down and now it has gone down. Phew! I know they say the first trimester is supposed to be the rockiest but I say the third from weeks 31-36 are. I don't want this to be a preterm labor!!

@valrocks, yah I know, I usually don't think anything of them but now that I'm in the home stretch I'm always like "what if??" hah just me being a worrier

orgasms cause your uterus to contract. so thats normal and perfectly heathly.. if anything its prepairing your body. my doc said have as much sex as you want.. its when you start spotting afterwards that you should be concerned.
