c section sucks. I feel kinda shitty that everyone else has to help so much with my baby. not that I feel like I'm a burden but because that's MY baby and I should be the one to hold her and change her. and then there are too many visitors and I don't know how to tell them that I just want to move around so that I can start to feel better and they're in the way. then they want you to rub around an already painful area I just want to skip this part so I can tend to my baby and move around like normal. but I guess any way you look at child birth the only good part is after about 2 weeks when things run a bit smoother

Was it an emergent? My first one was, and it was difficult. I know you want to do everything with baby, but trust me, you'll appreciate the help while you have it! Congrats on your little bundle of joy!

I'm sure I'll love the help I guess right now it's more of a jealously. everyone else is enjoying spending time with the baby and I can't do more than feed and hold her. I've only got to change her once. of course she's only a day old and I still have plenty of time with her
