Can you use a electric heating pad on your back during pregnancy? I haven't asked my doctor yet.…

Just don't have it to hot and only on your back.

I used one my whole 3rd trimester! But I did put it on high.

@megbaby07, hahaha that's awesome! I would use it a lot before I got pregnant cause I get back pains, and now being pregnant I've been getting more pain in my back

Yeah all my pain was in my pain girl i couldn't have made t without it. It stayed beside my bed 24/8 lol

The only thing is last week I found out I have a retroverted uterus (mine goes down not up) so the baby is somewhat further in closer to my spine and back @mom13

Personally I don't see why not. If it's on your back that I see no issues. I used it for my neck in the beginning because I have permanent whiplash. And I still had it on high. I just never put it on my belly

just dont have it on for long periods of times max 10 mins with and hr to hr and a half break make sure to wrap it in a towel i dont think this is the same thing but my uterus is tilted and they said its okay just never on high

Yeah I don't know how that works but I would just keep it on your back. My heating pad will go warm when it gets got so it never stayed hot when I had it on high. So if you need it, definitely use it. It's a life saver 😀

My back was always hurting during pregnancy it was the worse part.
