Is blood pressure that's 148/80 bad?

pressure is 120/80 or less; high blood pressure is considered anything above 140/90.

Is it anything I should go in for ? @klove2016 I'm having swelling in my hand feet and face and headaches w/ some blurry vision earlier

Sounds like preeclampsia I'd head in. With the other symptoms you need to have blood work done to make sure everything is good.

I wouldn't actually be too concerned... if the bottom number increases, they will likely test for protein and may even keep you for observation. I know its nerve wracking but always call the nurse line if you ever need reassurance. good luck sweetie

I would say definitely go in. Not just cause of the numbers but because of the other symptoms you're having

i think thats actually an okay number. they typically are only worried about the bottom number & 80 isnt bad!!

If you don't want to go in at least call and see what they recommend you do

@alexzandriar, with your symptoms you need to go in. It's not just the blood pressure it's the other stuff too. It's all a sign of preeclampsia. My dr told me if I have those symptoms to go to l&d. At l&d they told me if I had those symptoms to come back. These ladies telling you not to worry is a little sad. You should have it checked to be safe, Preclampisa is no joke and can accrue at anytime. I was fine one day then the next appt I was diagnosed.

At least call labor and delivery and tell them your blood pressure and your symptoms and they can tell you want is best.
