That's how I felt I made sure to see all their ID's and got close to one nurse each shift to be a guard for my son. Plus they also reassured me that they put two different bracelets on the baby's one on the hand one on the foot and kept the swaddled so anyone in a run to steal them wouldn't know to look at the feet. Also told me that if a baby is to close to an exit the hospital locks down immediately and cops will show up

This has crossed my mind as well. If you've ever seen the lifetime movie based on a true story of Carlina White. It's definitely scary.

Iv seen those movies. That's why I was very protective lol I made sure to have very clear conversations with my personal nurse lol and rarely slept lol
