I either have mastitis ora clogged duct in my breast, how can I get rid of it???

Massage, warm compresses & lots of nursing. You'll need antibiotics for mastitis though so it's best to make a doctors appointment. Hopefully it's just a clogged duct!

OK it might just be a clogged duct. It's on the top of my breast and looks like an engorged boob with the way the veins look. @meagansimone @mrssanderson

Just assage and do a warm compress as suggested before.

If you have a pump use it to stimulate the nipple then use a q-tip to clean your nipple really well then massage with a hot rag or compress
