Have you ever had anyone breastfeed with implants? Mine are completely under and basically in the "best position" for someone who wants to breastfeed. I think I'm having good signs so far.. Up 2 cup sizes just from being pregnant and experienced other breast changes

I haven't yet, but it sounds like you have optimal chance at successfully nursing your baby @bria

My surgeon basically said I have the same chance of being able to nurse as I did before the surgery. I'm just paranoid. Lol
