Is there a set time we have to wait to get little one registered? and is there a charge?

I believe it's 42 days to get them registered , not sure if there is a charge 🙈 x

In Scotland we have to do it within 21 days or we get charged. Up here we also get a free certificate but it's not a full one, if we want the full certificate, we have to pay 10 pounds @firsttimemummy21 x
