This labor ball is stretch my hips (bonus🙌🏽👍🏽👌🏽) and giving me steady contractions but I need more progress....still waiting on my dr to come in and show up 😒 this is the reason I switched from him to a midwife 😔but at this point there isn't much I can do because we just have to wait I'll he comes in and I dilate more
