Does anyone know if the raspberry leaf tea theory actually works?? Had a cup there about half an hour ago and feel no different and nothing has happened, completely let down so far lol😩 what's your experiences with this?

They dont advise taking it before 37 weeks. But i don't think it actually works...x

It's supposed to tone the uterus, so you won't actually see any difference or change really. It's just supposed to help during labour. I take the tablets have done since 34 and a bit weeks xx

I always heard you should wait till full term because it softens your cervix. I can only give you my opinion because i didnt take it. But its up to you in the end of the day x

On the packet I have it says after 30 weeks but I wanted to wait until at least 34 weeks. Xx

I took the capsules from 35 weeks with both of my previous pregnancies and second stage of labour both times was less than an hour. It doesn't induce, it prepares your body for a more speedy second stage of labour. x

It takes a couple of weeks for them to do anything apparently but good for pushing so I hear. Xx
