If someone stops being your friend because you're pregnant/have children, they were never really down for you. Mine have been there through tougher times. I have friends with kids and friends without and they all check up on me, visit me, and I visit them. You make time for the people you care for. Simple as that.

My SO's cousin keeps saying that to me... I guess it's because she has no real friends. I feel for her but I know better than to surround myself with half ass fake people.. That's with family and non-family. I've had the same friends since 7th 8th and 9th grade and they have been there through everything. Good for you! A support system is the best thing to have when you become a mom. Our children need positive men and women to influence them, not someone who's going to show their face when they're born and then vanish lol. @cubanese
