I asked the pharmacist in boots and she said you can use the barrier balms as all natural and there's a nasal spray which I got which is made from natural salts etc. it does work, not as good as the tablets but it's something x

I was told I couldn't take anything for hayfever but if you go to the doctors they will prescribe you a nasal spray and eye drops if needed x

I don't know hun that's what she told me 2 weeks ago . But it's always best to check woth your health care professionals before you take anything x

My ob said I could take Puriton too as I devloped a rash on my hands she said it safe in pregnancy but just check with your midwife as everyone is diffrent xx
