Is it that bad giving birth without epidural?
I just had my little girl 3 weeks ago without any type of medicine. I say it's totally worth it doing it without medicine, but everyone and every body is different. To me, it's really more of a mind over matter thing....like if you really want to not have the epidural then you put that in your mind and stick with it. Yes, it will hurt and probably hurt a lot but when you get to the point you think you can't take anymore, you're almost done. and then once they lay your little one on your chest you forget everything you just went through. @dianacuaya
Really idk all the stuff I heard going natural without epidural @daij I'm 18 too
Water does help but it's a high risk for the baby to get hypothermia... And no, why would it be? 😂 I'm a FTM too, 18, and going natural.
It depends on the woman and the pregnancy. My sister had 3 babies and only IV pain meds with each. My mom had my brother naturally and with me she had an epidural. I have heard water births help with the pain. But if you're going to do it naturally, then make sure you've got your calming techniques down! Make sure you have a great support system in the room with you and don't forget to go at the baby's pace, not yours.
I'm so thankful I didn't have medicine either. I was able to be up moving around right after I had her! @dianacuaya
