My daughter is almost 5, thankfully when she gets scared I can just talk to her and reassure her she's alright. She doesn't get scared by anything really. Just the dark. But we have night lights.

@purplemissed, It was a monster on a cartoon my 1 year old was watching I turned it off and let her know it was ok because she was screaming bloody murder

well with my nieces ana nephews, if it was monsters we made them monster spray (just lightly colored water with food color in it). spiders we let the cat sleep in their rooms and told the they were night hunters and I'm the only one afraid of clowns lol. but I guess you just try to easy their fears and show them there is nothing to be afraid of. they also have these really cool lamps now that like these ball lights come out so if they have to go to the bathroom at night they have light and aren't afraid to go to the bathroom. @mommyagain

at the end of the day we are all afraid of some thing but we got to face them... I can honestly say I have moments of being afraid of the dark or going out side at night by my self. idk why it's not all the time but. gotta face @mommyagain

@purplemissed, the spray was a genius idea cute! Yeah I've seen the toilet lights my baby's only 1 but we're still getting a few!

@purplemissed, you're right about that! I wear glasses but still could never really see with them so when I'm alone it freaks me out so bad and definitely when it's dark! I know I'm afraid of bugs I don't care how big or small we have an ant infestation at the house we're renting now and boy I can't wait to move next month!
