had awful stich like pain throughout night when turning over ect and had no movements at all this…

I've had that, still get it now and again. I spoke to doc and she said it was normal round ligament pain, which I've been getting but this was more like I'd pulled a muscle pain. I've had it twice now once when I was bed I rolled over and when getting up off sofa. Try supporting ya bump with a cushion when ya laying down helps a lot. And before getting up just rock ya hips a little. As for bubs movement have ya tried layin on ya left side after drinking somethin cold etc? If ya still worried definitely phone up and talk to someone, I had this last week, does scare ya! X

i got told drink something cold and sit down for 10 mins if no movement after 2 hours then ring hospital x

shes moved since. even caught her on video this time!!! she panics me all time! @xx.rachiexx xx
