it was better for me to take the gummys im allergic to the coating on the pill forms but they didnt make me sick i took them in the am

@mom13, if I take them in the morning I'm sick all day but when I take them even before I take them they make me sick like just thinking about it!

have u tried maybe having some kinda juice before and after like an 8oz glass of oj drink 4oz before and after taking them maybe that will help

most Dont have all the vitamins you need in there. some are missing iron

I take them but I think I have to take iron supplements cause lately I've been eating ice like crazy .

They have a lot of sugar also. I'm a type 2 diabetic so that's a big no no for me.
