Does anyone know how to get rid of the PUPPP rash?? little tiny bumps all over my tummy thighs arms…

There's nothing you can do to get rid of it unfortunately it will either stay until delivery or if you're lucky it will go away on its own

ugh I wanna cry its so itchy all the time and has spread. i heard its most common in first time moms.

My mom used to shower with warm water & alcohol in the water & they went away

My mom had that with my two youngest brothers, that was the only thing that worked for her lol we're Mexicans so you knw how it run on our believes lol
