is there anything to relieve this feeling of constantly having to pee? when i went to the doctors he told me that his head is very low and its gonna be very uncomfortable especially since im still not dilating but this is crazy its horrible having this urge all the time it sucks

When I feel like that I do jumping jacks and he moves lol so far it's worked for me

the doctor said because of how low he is he cant really move back up or around. he moves his legs but that's about it @gor_jess

yeah it sucks he is super low and i should have atleast dilated to a cm or 2 and im not at all @gor_jess

ive had this feeling since like monday and had an appointment on Wednesday and my doctor never said anything about me showing any signs im not dilating like how i am suppose. your not the only one who has said this to me so like idk if i should be worried or not @mommasaurus

@lexilulu, I went to the hospital that night and I was dilating like I was supposed to either. So they sent me home but after they checked me I came back 4 hours later at 5cm
