Biotin is great for hair and nails, also lack of iron could be why your nails are weak.

listennnnnn i just went to the nail salon at least 3 of my nails and 1 toenail has ripped off i am so angry lol

im mad my babyshower is in 2 weeks i wanted them to look nice but now i have chipped nails. horrible.
