Hey ladies does how you eat before your glucose test affect the results??.. Like days before

three days before I ate healthy cut all sugars, and I didn't eat that morning and I still failed lol have the three hour test next week. @sheaxx

i ate normal. i dont think if u eat sugar it will determine ur test results. glucose is your overall health. not the sugar you just ingested.

naah i ate normally the only thing i did differently if i stoped eating.drinking anything at like 12 midnight my test was at 9 am
