I just spoke with an ob they said my pregnancy is too high risk... what should I do??

What are you thinking about doing ..

idk yet. I'm more focused on being scared

I mean if you're high risk, then they can't do much but monitor you and baby..

what do you mean it's too high risk what can you rally do

all you have to do is stay calmed take care of yourself and follow all of your doctor's instructions I am also high risk and I do as my ob says I listen to my body as well I know its hard but we have to do so for our safety
