Anyone else hormones gone horrific since having a baby? I had my little girl nearly 7 weeks ago and…

Having a baby puts a strain on even the greatest of relationships. You're both exhausted, your hormones are through the roof, and it's not like your baby's going to take it easy on you just because you're having a bad day. Just try to remember, it's never as bad as you think it is, and as your baby gets older and things settle into a routine, you'll get more sleep and arguments will become less frequent. Try to take it easy and just focus on making it through the tricky parts. I hope things get better for you soon x

Totally. I can't even blame lack of sleep because my 10 week old lb has slept through since 5-6 weeks. I'm just horrible lol but hormones can take a while to settle down apparently. And the fact I'm now on the pill doesn't help my mood swings. I just try breath and count to 10. Sometimes 20 😁

I'll vouch for the ladies above. My relationship before bubs was born I'd say wasn't far from perfect in my eyes. My best friend. When our baby was born our relationship got progressively worse. Nothing bit argued, snide digs at each other. Were like strangers. My bubs is over 3 months old now and we're back on the right track again. I promise you it gets easier, it's hard for both of you. Your life's have changed so so much. The girls here helped so much for me. That's what were here for so don't feel alone xxx

I know what you mean. iv gone horrible but so has the bf lol. sly digs everywhere 😂 we try to have a laugh tho and that helps. hope your OK :) xxxx
