Should I Worry About Reverse DV Flow During Pregnancy?

Hello guys

I am in my 5th month of pregnancy.

And In my third month of pregnancy,I had nuclear translucency and nasal bone ultrasound with dual marker blood test,in which the u/s showed the reverse dv flow but the dual marker was normal

So doc suggested me to take ecosprin 75.so m taking it till now

But is there something to worry???

Can anyone help me with it plz
