Up as if I don't have a lot of stuff to do today..at least I will be out and about which will make my day go by faster..both final docs appointments before the twins are born monday.. fax paper work over for maternity leave..thank god for the 16 week paid leave and 6 month short term! then off to my moms for awhile. BTW Good morning ladies (:

my job offers 16 weeks paid maternity leave at 100% of your pay rate...then after that an additional 6-8 weeks they pay you at 75% of your pay rate..then if you signed up for short term disability..you can take up to a year off at 70% of your pay rate..@dohmommy2016, this is my first time ever having to use my benefits like that.. but I guess some jobs don't even offer paid maternity leave which is bs.

Yea mine doesn't. )): I just do disability so I only get paid 60 percent of my pay. it sucks so much.
