my nurses informed me last night of a lady who had just come in in active labor. and that they may get really busy. my door was open and I heard her have her baby at around 5:30 this morning. I started to tear up as soon as I heard the baby cry. I feel so much better about giving birth to my own baby now. in other news they got the pitocin going already today and I'm confident that I'll make more progress in dilation.
