I also am having a c section and my placenta is anterior the placenta moves up and away from where the incision would or should be made also your dr should preform a ultrasound before the procedure to ensure where would be the best place to cut I am going to request mine to do so for safety and for peace of mind

@cocored55, I'm so scared that he's gonna accidentally cut into my placenta and something is gonna go wrong and my only son the one I've been trying for for 4 years is gonna be in harms way or I'll be in harms way and something will happen and we're gonna lose each other omg I hate that feeling of omg omg omg omg I'm scared

@cocored55, like I have bad things happen to me when I'm too happy about something or if I get to close to something it goes away or dies and I'm so scared because I have two girls and they are my life I love them so much but my boy like I said I've been waiting on my prince for years and I finally have him :) I pray nothing bad happens and I'm a devout believer but I can't shake this feeling of dread

irs very common and every thing will be fine just have faith drs do this every day and lots of women are like us and turn out just fine now placenta previa is dangerous

@cocored55, I've heard it is I've also heard of placental growth outside the uterus due to the c section scar idk that's scary I hate pregnancy and all its possible complications why can't it be like fable and in like 10 min you have your baby lol like I just want my son to be safe and sound I can't wait to hold him...I got to talking about him tonight to my husband while I was cooking and he told me "baby please don't cry in my food lol"

Yeh I'm terrified at this point of everything cause I don't want anything to happen but I also know the most cautious are usually the ones that the bad comes to I guess @cocored55

I think they are just the most aware. like most people don't know anything about the concerns that come with it. it is scary but at this point is either vaginal or c section and you just have to relax and leave it in God's hands
