I have 7 siblings younger than me. Even before I became a mom, I was very protective. Not just of my siblings, but of any child I saw. I just wanted to wrap them in my arms and protect them by any means. And seeing some of these child abuse videos...makes my blood boil and my heart break. Like the newest one. Chick beat her 3 year old (in the head and back) with items, including a baby seat, and started smothering him and kept telling him she was going to kill him, she would kill him right now if he didn't find her damn charger...and his screams and pleas just tore my heart out. I bawled at the video. I never want to see a child hurt or hurting...ever. I don't know if that's just because I grew up with children always around, or if it's because I'm a mom, or if it's just second nature to some people, but I've always had a protective way of life. I've always wanted to protect people, especially children. And knowing there's children out there suffering at the hands of those meant to protect them...😢 I want to grab them all and cuddle them, take away their fears and pain...
