I hate when my friends say my boyfriend and I are "goals". I'm sorry but getting pregnant at 16 isn't goals. It's just how life turned out and we're staying together because we love each other. "Goals" is living in a house, married and financially stable, then having a baby. If my friends can take anything from me, I want it to be that.

I can't imagine being pregnant at 16- I was 26 with my first and felt young! You're right, a baby at that age isn't "goals" BUT if you let your role as a mother motivate you to be the best you can be, you can most definitely achieve the rest of those things over time!! I'm 33 and I've seen friends have kids in their teens and still go on to have very normal/successful lives and families (with or without the father of that first baby.) good luck girl, you can do it! That's goals!
