It's safe to lay on your belly until you can't no more. Your baby will let you know when you can't at least that what my ob told me

Lol I accidentally laid on my stomach and my baby started kicking and moving all crazy while I was sleep I felt so bad

It's safe to sleep on your stomach as long as there is no pain and you are comfortable... They will tell you to not sleep flat on your back though.

No not at all lol I mean I jump some times not because it hurts but I be shocked lol
