went to the OB today and he measured me at 26 weeks, I'm 25w5d. I never had this happen in my 1st pregnancy. Does this mean anything if I'm measuring a week a head?

I was 25 weeks measuring at 28 😓 I was told three weeks ahead or behind the week you are is okay but they'll just be watchful.
