I think that space from your spouse is healthy. .Today I just wanted some. .So I called my husband asked him when he'd be home from work he kept asking "why why?" and I said I was just wondering.. He said he was thinking of going for a beer after work and I thought to myself perfect! I told him okay just don't spend too much money because we need to pay bills... Well he took it differently, needless to say he came running home after work thinking id be upset if he went out...NOW I'm upset, I just wanted time to myself!
