When I first went in they were regular then they slowed down so they had me walk and pushed a little meds to speed it up but it didn't help much and after 25 hours I finally had her but I walked for about an hour and it didn't help jumpstart it again

They always kept me depending on contractions not dilation. I was 3 cm for a weeks and they said contractions are what they were looking for

4 to 5 cm that's when they will admit you to the hospital any lower than that they might send you home depending on the doctor
